REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At GoodLiving, we are committed to delivering quality products and service. This policy applies to laundry rack purchases made through our official website or showrooms.

1. Eligibility & Return Period

  • 14-Day Return Policy applies only to laundry racks purchased from our website or showrooms.
  • The return window starts from the date of installation.
  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all accessories and packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customised products are strictly non-refundable.
  • Items damaged, misused, or tampered with (not caused by GoodLiving) are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To request a return, contact us at goodlivingmy.sg@gmail.com or +60 10-835 2912. Our team will arrange a dismantling schedule based on installation availability. We will:

  • Remove the system
  • Patch concrete holes
  • Remove wiring

We do not provide:

  • Patching of false ceiling holes
  • Reinstallation of manual or electric racks
  • Painting or cosmetic repair

4. Refunds & Deductions

  • You will be notified of the refund decision after inspection.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a few working days.
  • Non-refundable deductions:
    • $150 installation fee
    • $150 dismantling fee
    • Return shipping (if applicable)
    • These fees ($300 total) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your initial paid amount.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Re-check your bank or credit-card statement.
  • Contact your card issuer or bank for processing status.
  • If unresolved, email goodlivingmy.sg@gmail.com

6. Final Decision

All refund and return decisions made by GoodLiving are final and non-negotiable.
